Deadline to enter is March 1, 2012!
  • Entry fees:  Commercial (for-profit) = $200  /  Non-Profit = $100
  • Electricity is available in 110 amp, let us know if more is needed
  • Concession vendors is the only vending allowed at Snake Saturday         Parade & Festival
  • Concessions will be on the eastside of Fayette and north of                             18th Street in NKC, MO 
  • Check-in is Friday after 3 p.m. or Saturday after 7 a.m.
  • All concessions must show proof of insurance in the amount of     $1,000,000.00 showing the City of NKC, NKC Hospital, NT Realty,       Northland Festivals, Inc., as additional insured pursuant to the             insurance requirements
  • Your insurance certificate must accompany your entry form
  • Remit entry form with payment to: Concessions c/o Northland Festivals,    406 Armour, NKC, MO 64116
  • Email Chairperson

Clay County Health Department and Food Permit Information: 
  • Deadline to obtain a food permit is February 29, 2012
  • Clay County Health Department phone number is: 816.595.4247
  • Cost for food permits has increased by $40.00
  • Late fees have increased by $80.00
  • Fees have tripled for same day permits
